CONSULTANCY
I have 14+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist in the Analytics sector providing analytical solutions to global clients across industry verticals. I worked across multiple functions in consulting, including advanced statistical modeling in different analytical domains using both structured and unstructured information with global organizations. I have established and headed offshore credit risk modeling team and managed onsite projects in the UK and USA for premier banking and financial institutions. I have chaired as a High Maturity Enabler for the CMMI certification programme.
Training
I have designed training programmes and conducted several workshops on Data Science targeted at young aspirants for the analytics sector. I was also involved as an instructor at the International Statistical Education Centre of the Indian Statistical Institute.
I organize public lecture series 'Paasha: A Tale of Chances' for postgraduate students to enhance industry-academia interaction. I have also initiated career advice programme 'Dishari: Direction of Your Dreams' for students from underprivileged institutions.
